TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-In, Check-Out, and Day Use

  • Check-in is at 3:00 PM (2:00 PM for rooms and cabins) the day before the event.

  • Check-out is at 12:00 PM the day after the event.

  • Day-use hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

 

Set-Up, Clean-Up, and Trash

  • Guests are responsible for all event setup and cleanup.

  • Cleaning deposits are refunded only if the yard and pavilion are fully cleaned, items are returned to their original locations, and no damage is done.

  • Nine Mile Ranch staff will dispose of properly bagged trash from the pavilion area and basement guest rooms only. All other trash must be removed by guests.

 

Furniture and Equipment Use

  • White tables and chairs are not to be used near the fire pit or for hot items—use cutting boards for hot pots.

  • Only brown plastic or folding chairs may be used around the fire pit.

  • Serving counters and serving tables may not be moved.

  • Picnic tables can be rearranged during your event but must be returned to their original positions afterward.

 

Smoking and Fire Safety

  • Smoking is prohibited inside any cabins, guest rooms, or bathrooms.

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, at least 25 feet from any building. All cigarette waste must be properly extinguished and disposed of.

  • Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and must be extinguished fully with water—not dirt.

 

Pets and Animals

  • Pets must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in the main house. Owners must clean up after pets.

  • Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or harm, including incidents involving ranch animals.

 

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol may be consumed in the pavilion and yard areas only—not inside the main house.

  • Excessive drinking or alcohol-related property damage will result in a $100 fine in addition to any repair costs.

  • No underage drinking is permitted. Nine Mile Ranch is not liable for any alcohol-related incidents.

 

Lodging and Add-Ons

  • Rooms, cabins, and campgrounds are available as add-ons or can be reserved separately. Please call at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

  • Breakfast is available upon request for $15 per person and served in the pavilion.

  • The basement game room and kitchen are reserved for overnight guests only—no outside guests or children are allowed in the house, except wedding party members getting ready.

 

Quiet Hours and Generator Use

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for all house, cabin, and campground areas.

  • No generators may run after 10:00 PM.

  • Please avoid driving through the campground after 10:00 PM.

  • Pavilion events may continue until 12:00 AM; generators in this area will be turned off by midnight.

 

End-of-Day Procedures

  • Before leaving the pavilion, please turn off all lights, unplug any equipment, and fully extinguish any fires.

 

Children and Safety

  • Children must be supervised at all times. No climbing fences, playing in ditches, or disturbing animals.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the playground or other property.

 

Prohibited Items and Liability

  • No weapons or fireworks are allowed on the property.

  • Nine Mile Ranch is not liable for any injuries or property damage incurred during your stay.

 

Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and contract signing.

  • The full balance is due 30 days before the event. Payments may be split into 2–3 installments.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
