Day-Use Area


Our Day-Use areas are perfect for hosting your family reunion, club luncheon, ward activity, or simply a great place to stop to stretch your legs and visit with our resident Cowboy Ben. Recently featured on Utah’s At Your Leisure show! Our green open yard area provides ample space to fit any size event.  If you want something more intimate, our grove of trees offers a beautiful backdrop. The rustic pavilion with serving area and kitchen provides a perfect place for your gatherings.

Standard Event Rental Package

Pricing

Two Day Use

  • Check in 3:00 pm the day before event & check out 12:00 pm the day after 

  • $500 plus $150 refundable cleaning deposit

  • $200 non-refundable deposit due at time the reservation is made

One Day Use

  • 9:00 am to 10:00 pm

  • $250 plus $75 refundable cleaning deposit.

  • $100 non-refundable deposit due at time the reservation is made

Additional Information

  • You will be responsible for all set up before and after event.

  • A $50 refund will be given if the yard and pavilion are clean and there are no damages.  We will be responsible for removal of all properly bagged trash.

  • All smoking needs to be contained to the smoking areas. Please clean up after yourself.

  • Rooms, cabins, and campground can be added to the additional packages.  (Individual rooms, cabins, and campgrounds can be reserved separately. Please call for reservations at least 6 weeks before the event to ensure availability.)

Amenities

  • Use of our 25ft x 35ft (835 square foot) pavilion

  • Use of our green picnic tables (seats up to 75), eight 60-inch, round, large white tables (seats up to 64); four 48-inch, round, small white tables (seats up to 24); two long 8-foot tables, and 100 white chairs

  • Large, natural gas, 4-burner grill. 

  • Large Dutch oven cooking area (Dutch ovens not included)

  • Barbecue grill and the use of one full propane tank

  • Large stationary serving counter

  • Kitchen area including three sinks with running hot and cold water (dish soap, rags, and towels provided)

  • Access to two bathrooms including a handicap stall

  • Limited electricity and lights (powered by solar panels) in the pavilion. There will be a generator available to use for your lighting and music. The generator will not run during any wedding ceremonies.

  • Accessible power outlets for any musical equipment

  • Solar lights wrapped around the pavilion

  • Use of the entire yard area adjacent to the pavilion

  • One patio propane heater

  • Six tiki torches with liquid bug repellent

  • Parking area

  • Fire pit

  • Two horseshoe pits

  • Two canopies available for use upon request

  • A limited number of cowboy boot centerpieces, Nine Mile themed tablecloths, salt and pepper shakers, serving utensils, and large mixing bowls are available for use

Pavilion, Yard, and Creekview Cabin

  • $200 + tax, plus cost of the Standard Package.

One Day Use

  • Check-in time 2:00 pm

  • Check-out time: 12:00 pm

  • $100 + tax, plus the cost of the Standard Package

  • $50 non-refundable deposit due at time the reservation is made

Amenities

  • Use of the pavilion and yard with all the benefits included in our standard package

  • Use of the Creekview Cabin for one or two nights

  • Electrical lighting and power outlets are powered from solar panels. A backup generator will be turned on for the use of hair dryers, curling irons, and any other needs before the wedding events.

  • Access to a hot shower (additional people $3 each)

  • Bathrooms and showers located beneath the cabin next to the pavilion

  • Cabin sleeps up to 6 people (you will be responsible to bring your own bedding)

Our beautiful Creekview cabin is conveniently located above the pavilion. The cabin is a large spacious room with a queen-size bed, bunk beds, couch, and a table with chairs. It is an ideal area for a bride/groom to get ready for their big day. It also provides perfect accommodations for the bride and groom on their wedding night.

Package B

Pavilion, Yard, and Four Cabins

  • One or two nights in our Al Thompson Cabin (sleeps four)

  • One or two nights in our two-story, two-room Edwards Cabin (sleeps ten).

  • All cabins have electrical lights (powered by solar panels). No standard electricity or backup generator available.

  • Al Thompson, HouseKeeper and Edwards cabins all located next to each other adjacent to the bathrooms and campgrounds

  • Bathrooms available with running water

  • Fire pits & picnic tables located outside of each cabin

Have plenty of space for you and your guests with all four of our authentic cabins. In addition to the Creekview cabin located directly above the pavilion, you will also have use of the Al Thompson, HouseKeeper, and Edwards cabins. 

*You will be responsible to bring your own bedding. 

*Guests are responsible for cleaning the cabins and for garbage removal.

  • One or two nights in our Family room with a queen-size bed and twin-sized bunk beds (sleeps four)

  • One or two nights in our Indian room with a queen-size bed (sleeps two)

  • The Family room and Indian room have a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower

  • Full-size kitchen with stove/oven and full size refrigerator with freezer

This package gives you the maximum amount of rooms to accommodate all your needs. You will have use of all of our authentic cabins: The Creekview Cabin (located directly above the pavilion), The Al Thompson Cabin, The HouseKeeper Cabin, and The Edwards Cabin. You and your guests will also enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, game room, sitting area, and bedrooms in the main house.

*You will be responsible to bring your own bedding for use in the cabins. 

*Guests are responsible for cleaning the cabins and garbage removal.

Pavilion, Yard, Four Cabins, and Entire Basement Rental (Four Rooms), and Full Campground

  • Clean drinkable water spigot in the campground

  • Each campground has its own picnic table and fire pit

  • Playground area located next to the bathrooms

With this package you will have maximum space for all your guests with all cabins, the entire basement of the house, and full use of our Kokopelli campground. 

*Each campsite can accommodate up to eight people. No more than one RV per campsite. Two vehicles maximum per campsite. All ATV’s and additional vehicles will need to be parked across from the main house.

*You will be responsible to bring your own bedding for use in the cabins. 

*Guests are responsible for cleaning the cabins, campgrounds, and garbage removal.
