TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Check in at 3:00 pm (2:00 pm for rooms and cabins) the day before the event

  • Check out 12:00 pm the day after the event

  • Day use 9:00 am to 10:00 pm

  • You will be responsible for all set up and clean up before and after the event.

  • Your cleaning deposit will be returned only if the yard and pavilion are cleaned, everything is put back the way it was before, and there are no damages to the property.

  • Nine Mile Ranch host will be responsible for the removal of all properly bagged trash in the pavilion area & basement guest rooms only. You will be responsible for all other garbage removal.

  • Do not use our white tables and chairs near the firepit. Only use the brown plastic chairs or fold out chairs for the fire pit. 

  • Do not place anything hot on top of the white tables and chairs. There are cutting boards available to be used under any hot pots.

  • Do not move the serving counters or serving tables.

  • Picnic tables may be moved the way you want as long as they are returned to their original place at the end of the event. 

  • No smoking in any of the cabins, guest rooms, or bathrooms. 

  • All smoking must be in a designated smoking area and must be 25 feet away from any structure or house. Please clean up after yourself, and be sure to put out your butts to prevent fire danger. 

  • Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and should never be put out with the dirt surrounding the fire pit. Fires should be put out with water until fully extinguished. 

  • Rooms, cabins, and campgrounds can be added in the additional packages. (Individual rooms, cabins, and campgrounds can be reserved separately. Please call for reservations at least 6 weeks before the event to ensure availability).

  • Pets need to be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in the main house. Please clean up after your pets. You are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

  • We have animals on the property. You will be responsible if any of your pets attack or hurt any of our animals.

  • We know alcohol consumption is common in weddings and events. Please feel free to drink in the pavilions and yard area but no alcohol is permitted in the house. If alcohol consumption becomes excessive and any property is damaged due to drunkenness there will be a fine of $100 on top of payment of any damages. No underage drinking. Nine Mile Ranch is NOT responsible for any drinking mishaps.

  • Rental of the entire basement (with four rooms) is not included in our Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast is available upon request for $15 per person and will be served in the pavilion area. 

  • Our basement game room/kitchen should only be used by those staying in the rooms.  Please no outside guests or children allowed in the house (exceptions can be made for family members of the wedding party getting ready).

  • Quiet Time is 10:00 pm- 7:00 am for the house, cabins, and campground areas. Any generators will be turned off at 10:00 pm. Please be respectful of our other guests & your neighbors in the campground area. Please do not drive through the campground after 10 pm or run any generators during that time. 

  • Events happening in the Pavilion area are permitted until 12:00 am. Generators in the pavilion will be shut off around 11 pm -12 am. 

  • Turn off lights, unplug any outlets, and extinguish any fires before leaving the pavilion area.

  • Children need to be supervised while on Nine Mile Ranch Property. No climbing on fences or playing around ditches or animals. You will be responsible for any damage to the playground areas. 

  • Nine Mile Ranch is not responsible for any injuries obtained on our property. 

  • Absolutely NO weapons allowed on Nine Mile Ranch property.

  • NO fireworks allowed. 

  • A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation and contract signing. Your deposit will go towards the balance of the amount due  which needs to be fully paid off 30 days prior to the event. You may split your total cost into 2-3 payments, however, the full amount needs to be paid 30 days prior to the event. 

  • Once full amount has been paid no refund will be given for cancellations less than 30 days before the event. 

*Nine Mile Ranch is not responsible for any property damage or injury obtained while on our property.
